WIP - modelling, casting and painting the "Dorfschänke"

The following pictures I show in some steps the constructing of my 28 mm model house "Die Dorfschänke". It took me over 100 hours to built this model and the moulds.

The main materials were:

5 mm isulation foam sheets (from a local DIY market) for the walls
balsa for the wooden parts
thick paper for the roof tiling
greenstuff for some details
dental silikon for the moulds
dental plaster class 3 and 4 for the casting

The main tools:

good cutter and scalpels
ruler
cutting mat
wood glue
fine sandpaper
scissors
sculpting tools
